Hello friends, this time I am back with something which is very
much a true love story that happened just in front of my eyes.
Santosh was from a middle class family. He lost his father at a
very young age, from then his mom had spent all her life in bringing them (him
and her younger sister) to a certain level. Even santosh was a guy who always
understood his mom and helped her too.he had done his 10+2 in distinction which
helped get a seat in one of the reputed colleges in Bangalore.
As he started with his under-graduate study, he was one among
toppers in his class and he also got recognized as a genius in quiz which gave
him fame all over college. This way he had finished one year in 3 year course. As
the 2nd year started, he felt that he should enjoy a bit as his
friends were doing by then, and thought of getting committed with a girl in a
relationship…well now he looked for the most cute looking, good by nature type
of girl… As far as search for this was concerned, he was very cautious about it…finally
got a crush on a girl called sruthi who was also his classmate. She was perfect
for him in every manner possible because she was cute,caring,good-hearted,loving,emotional,sentimental
etc…one fine day, he even went and asked her for her number and since he was good,
she dint think twice to give her number and then texting began. It almost took
place continuously for 4 hours till he made confidence to ask if she was single
or ready to get committed with any good guy. Well to his luck, she was still
single which made him call her and propose her...Well sounds crazy because a
proposal on p hone…but guys believes me; it happened…
She said her parents won’t agree, caste problems, different places
etc
But he somehow convinced her that after a period of time, he would
come and talk to her parents about their relationship and future and this made
her finally agree to him. Time had changed!!! Because there was a time when
students used to think library is where you can find Santosh all time, but now
place library was no more in his dictionary as he was busy with her in
coffee-day.
As time passed, they got closer and closer and he started teaching
her local language of Karnataka (Kannada) as she was from Kolkata. Somehow in between
this period, semester had already passed and she had improved a lot in her English
vocabulary and her English communication and it was all because of him.
One morning, he got a text message that “santosh, I want 500bucks…I
want to pay my fees. I am short of 500...pls”… he without thinking twice,
searched for his pockets for money. All he found was 250 bucks left, I don’t
know what happened to him, he went to a blood bank and sold his blood for money.
he gave her 500 bucks,but she had a doubt and wanted to know from where had he
got that money ? hence she took him to a restaurant and asked him to promise on
their love and tell that where he had money from? He who was left with no other
option told her truth and this was something of filmy type and they had started
loving each other more than anyone else in this planet called earth. As days passed,
they were always seen together, no matter what place was it! Finally valentine’s
day had come to show the existence of love and to reflect of one such true love,
he gifted her a card and cute teddy and she was happy by love he showed love
towards her. but no one knows whose bad eyes fell on this sweet couple, they
fought for a small thing and scolded each other a lot and he who was angry left
for his home without even saying a bye to her, and she who was very egoistic
also showed her egos and her without even apologizing to him because they say
relationship is full of compromises to stay closer for someone whom we love. But
that black Friday, they both played their devil minds on each other. She went
to hostel, again came out of hostel and went to a lonely place to get some peace.
She was so much lost in her self that she forgot her hostel timings and left
for city at 7.00 even after knowing hostel in timing is last at 6.30. and this
guy who had no idea of what is happening in hostel was busy in other works that
day and at 7.20,he receives a call which says is sruthi with u? she hasn’t
turned up to hostel… now this guy with full fear rushes near hostel and roams
everywhere to search her from 7.30 to 11.30.whole college now thinks that he
might have done something, but no one even tried to understand truth.
She was in heart of city from 7.30 to 10.30 roaming here and there
just crying for getting angry on Santosh finally came to stupid decision.
Decision was suicide!!!
She tried for sleeping pills, but since no medical guy ever gives
that without a prescription, she finally bought ratposion and mixed it with
water and gulped it once. Now she felt like reaching back hostel, she got into
a bus and she started vomiting because of that ratkiller.she somehow reached
hostel by 11.45 and requests hostel warden to take her to hospital and this guy
somehow gets the news rushes to hostel, but fails to meet her as she had
already been taken to hospital. He waits whole night at one of his friend’s
room to see sunrise so that he can go and meet her. And to his luck, he got information
about hospital where she is admitted in. he rushes there, but finds that she is
in i.c.u and only one person is allowed to visit her per day ,and that too at
after noon 12,but time is just 8.30..in the hope of meeting her waits for clock
to tick 12. He visits her and says hi…what happened..? Please tell truth and she
tells him everything that happened and at last he says I love you, take
care,get well soon..and comes out of icu and finds out that her brother had
come all way from Kolkata to see her.santosh introduced himself as friend of sruthi
and spoke to him for few minutes and then gets back home that day.
